The 2034 VIFA World Cup was the third World Cup hosted by the Valsoran International Football Association. It was hosted following the founding of the Second Republic of Volinovia by the Volinovian Football Association. The tournament featured 28 teams that represented every continent in Valsora. The expedited nature of the tournament required an executive decision to be made by the VIFA Board of Directors on the host nation, which selected Volinovia.

The tournament featured seven (7) groups of four (4) nations which played a double round-robin style tournament that required all teams to play the other teams of their group twice. The top two finishing teams of each group, plus the best two third-place teams would move on to form the Round of 16.
